SUPERTALL! Opens in New York

07.27.2011

A new exhibit profiling some of the world’s tallest towers opens today at The Skyscraper Museum in New York. Entitled SUPERTALL!, the exhibit features both completed and in-progress buildings taller than 380 meters and includes the Tianjin R&F Guangdong Tower, designed by Goettsch Partners.

The latest design of the Tianjin project features an architectural spire at the building’s top that now brings the planned height to 500 meters. Along with images of the building, the exhibit will feature a 1:600 scale model that stands over three feet tall.

The exhibit runs through January 2012, with more information found at skyscraper.org.
