Queensbridge Collective, a new mixed-use development was formally unveiled today in Charlotte, North Carolina. Developed by Riverside Investment & Development, the three-tower development is designed by GP and represents the firm's first project in the city.

Located on the edge of the central business district, Queensbridge Collective links the dynamic South End and established Uptown neighborhoods. The name of the project is a nod to better bridge the two communities by enhancing the urban fabric between.

The complex includes a 42-story, 750,000-square-foot office building, a 38-story apartment building with 350 units, and a second 300-unit apartment tower standing at 30 stories.

At the center of the development, 1111 South Tryon is a trophy office tower with column-free floor plates, rectilinear lease spans with ideal core-to-glass dimensions, wellness rooms, and outdoor balconies including a private, 7,000-square-foot outdoor pavilion for the top-floor tenants.

The podium includes 40,000 square feet of dynamic retail space including restaurants, 2,000 parking spaces above and below ground, and an outdoor plaza in between the buildings.
