Project Designer
We are currently seeking architects with 5-15 years of professional experience who have strong design skills. All candidates should have experience with large, commercial mixed-use projects. Good communication, leadership and management skills are essential.
Responsibilities primarily include developing design concepts and resolving program requirements under the direction of the design director or principal-in-charge. The position requires exceptional graphic skills in multiple media, including freehand sketching, and 2D and 3D visualization to resolve complex design issues. Project designers will lead design teams from concept design through design development, working closely with the project architect on each assignment to assure that the design intent is achieved in the completed project.
Candidates must be proficient in Revit, Rhino, real-time rendering and Adobe software. Licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred. Previous experience with high-rise office, hotel, residential and/or mixed-use projects domestically and internationally is required.

Project Architect

Responsibilities primarily include implementing design concepts in the production of architectural documentation, from schematic design through construction administration. Project architects will also be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating activities with consultants, and handling building code analysis, submittal reviews, construction administration representation, and project closeout. Individuals will work closely with the senior project designer on each assignment to assure that the design intent is achieved in the completed project.
Candidates must be proficient in Revit and Adobe programs. Licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred. Previous experience with high-rise office, hotel, residential and/or mixed-use projects domestically and internationally is helpful.

Senior Marketing Coordinator
We are currently seeking a well-organized marketing coordinator with strong writing skills and a good graphic eye to join our international design practice.
Responsibilities include working with the chief marketing officer, partners and principals on all qualification packages, proposals, award submissions, and other promotional pieces, as well as leading the organization of marketing materials and imagery.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years of professional experience in the AEC industry and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment. Individuals should have communication skills and experience that are attuned to the architectural industry, as well as graphic sensibilities that are in line with the aesthetic of the firm.
A strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign and Photoshop), Affinity Publisher, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and OpenAsset is required. Skills in video editing, website maintenance and creative writing are also preferred.

Systems Administrator
We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with 5–15 years of professional experience to support and maintain the firm's technology infrastructure. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical knowledge across Microsoft environments, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity and end-user support. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities primarily include maintaining the firm's server, workstation, network and cloud environments to ensure reliable, secure and efficient day-to-day operations. The Systems Administrator will monitor system health, coordinate software and infrastructure upgrades, administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, virtualization platforms and related technologies, and oversee network equipment, storage systems, backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
Technical Proficiencies
Strong and proven experience with the following:
- Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
- Microsoft Endpoint Management – Intune, Defender (EDR)
- Other Endpoint Management – RMM, Common A/V EDR Vendor, Alerting
- Microsoft Server Management
- Firewalls, switches and WAPs
- Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization
- Small/Medium SAN/NAS storage management
- Supporting Windows and Mac client operating systems
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
The successful candidate will provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, network and application issues, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and work closely with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical challenges. Additional responsibilities include implementing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, managing endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication, vulnerability remediation, software licensing, technology lifecycle planning, and IT asset management.
Candidates should have experience administering Microsoft-based enterprise environments, cloud services, networking infrastructure, and backup solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, Mimecast, Veeam, Atera RMM, Immy.bot, and related management tools is preferred. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
