LondonHouse Chicago Reviewed in the Chicago Tribune

On May 25, Chicago Tribune architecture critic Blair Kamin reviewed GP's adaptive reuse of the former 1923 London Guarantee & Accident Building as the new LondonHouse Chicago, a 452-room hotel at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive. 

Kamin noted, "A top-drawer restoration has brought back the building's elegance...And then there's the rooftop deck, which comes with drop-dead views of surrounding skyscrapers and the Chicago River. The only word for that is 'wow.'"
